About the role:
You will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our clinical laboratory software products, with a specific focus on our anatomical pathology product Delphic AP.
Delphic AP is widely adopted across New Zealand laboratories as an essential tool to fulfil the unique demands of pathology processing and reporting workflows. Sysmex NZ has exciting plans for Delphic AP including initiatives to support the digital health vision for NZ and global markets.
Your input will be vital to guide the future of this exceptional product, along with your ability to build trusting customer relationships to achieve business objectives.
The right person will bring to the role the ability to
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and map clinical workflows, particularly in anatomical pathology
- Develop detailed requirements specifications and manage these through to User Stories and beyond
- Work with development teams to provide innovative technical solutions
- Contribute to user acceptance testing and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Present the ideas and concepts behind the changes to upskill others
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of the Health IT sector, industry standards or a clinical background is a bonus
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and working in Agile teams
